Matt Stephens has been hired by CoStar Group to cover residential real estate in the Houston market.
He has been at the Community Impact publications for the past 12 years, most recently as senior managing editor.
Stephens previously worked at Houston Community Newspapers in The Woodlands.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas.
