City AM has hired Charlie Conchie as deputy editor.
He has been at Reuters for the past year as mergers and acquisitions correspondent in London.
He has been focused on financial services deal making, as well as other sectors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and equity capital markets.
Conchie had been at CityAM for the previous three years, including stints as City editor and chief City reporter.
He is a graduate of the University of Birmingham.
