CNN’s White House correspondent, LA Times equity reporter, NY Times fellowships

In one of the most tumultuous D.C. news cycles in decades, CNN has hired Camila DeChalus (pictured) as a White House reporter. The Los Angeles Times has named Rebecca Plevin reporter, equity initiative — and the New York Times has opened applications for its year-long fellowship that indeed “cultivates the next generation of journalists for The Times and the industry at large.”
