Business Insider has hired TechCrunch reporter Charles Rollet as a tech reporter in San Francisco.
He has been a senior writer covering artificial intelligence, security and startups. Rollet previously spent six years at IPVM as a reporter covering business, AI, and human rights at a surveillance industry trade publication.
He has also freelanced for publications such as Wired and Gizmodo. He worked at the Phnom Penh Post as a reporter.
Rollet holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from New York University.
