Adam Reinebach, the chief executive officer of BridgeTower Media, which owns business publications around the country, is leaving after seven years.

In an email to the company, Reinebach wrote:

BridgeTower Team,

After a rewarding and fulfilling seven-year run, I am moving on from BridgeTower Media, effective immediately.

Saying goodbye is never easy, especially when I reflect on the remarkable journey the company has taken since its inception with the Dolan brands in 2016 – through changes at Gatehouse and Gannett, doing five acquisitions, building new revenue categories and, more recently, navigating through COVID and a successful sale process in the midst of a pandemic!

The fact that BridgeTower continues to thrive is a tribute to the creativity, resiliency, and professionalism of our team. I’m grateful for the chance to have worked with so many of you, to better understand your talents, your insights, and the adversity you’ve overcome. The quality of BTM’s people is at the root of why I remain confident in the company’s future.

I feel blessed to have had this position for seven years, and while I’m disappointed I won’t be working with you anymore, I’m gratified to leave at a time when the company is on solid financial footing and in the midst of executing an effective growth strategy.

I wish all of you continued success in the future.

Thanks,
Adam
