Bloomberg Television has named Jackie Lopez executive producer to lead the expansion of technology coverage.
Lopez was previously the senior producer of Bloomberg Technology on Bloomberg Television. She has been with the company since October 2015.
Bloomberg TV is launching two new monthly programs, “Bloomberg Tech: Asia” and Bloomberg Tech: Europe,” premiering this month, offering region-specific coverage.
The Europe show will launch on June 13 and be hosted by anchor Tom Mackenzie from London. The Asia show will launch June 27 and will be anchored by Shery Ahn and Annabelle Droulers. It will broadcast from the Tokyo and Hong Kong bureaus.
“This expansion allows us to spotlight the people, companies, and ideas driving change in every region,” said Lopez in a statement.
