Karolina Miziolek, guest producer at Bloomberg TV, wrote on LinkedIn:
“This week I closed a long chapter in my life. Sadly, I’m leaving Bloomberg TV after nearly 17 amazing, memorable years.
“This was a tough, heartfelt decision for me as Bloomberg was my first job after university and it took me around the world. I have worked in the world’s top financial capitals, starting in New York in 2006, then London, Hong Kong and finally finishing up in Australia.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such an amazing, talented team of passionate journalists from all over the world. I’ve learnt a great deal from them. The Segment producing team that I was a part of was made of one of the hard-working and resilient journalists.
“Overall, It’s been an exciting, wild ride. Getting the news out on time on very tight deadlines had many challenging moments but everyday I learnt something new.
“For now, I’m going to extend my maternity break to focus on my little man who is turning six months today. I look forward to returning to the corporate world soon and see what new opportunities come my way here in Australia.”
During her time at Bloomberg, Miziolek has produced live and pre-recorded TV interviews on various topics, including the economy, geopolitics, tech, politics, travel and lifestyles.
She has also worked on prominent conferences such as Boao Forum, Asian Financial Forum (AFF), CLSA Forum, Robeco and UBS Family Office Summit in Asia.
Miziolek has a B.A. from Montclair State University.
