Christine Dobby will join Bloomberg News as a reporter to cover the Canadian financial sector.
Recently, she served as a business reporter at The Toronto Star.
Previously, Dobby worked at The Globe and Mail for more than six years, holding the posts of telecom reporter and corporate law reporter for Report on Business. She also reported for the Financial Post and was a staff reporter for the radio room at The Toronto Star.
She was also a summer reporter at the Telegraph-Journal and worked at Thomson Reuters.
Dobby has a B.A. from McGill University and a master’s degree in journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University.
