Caleb Barber, the housing and business reporter of the Longview Daily News in Washington, is leaving the paper.
Barber has been covering housing availability, zoning, urban planning, economic development, homelessness, local industry and small business.
He previously was the state government correspondent for the Mitchell Daily Republic in South Dakota.
Barber holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
