We’re pleased to announce that Emily Russell is joining the Barron’s commentary team as an assistant editor.
Emily joins us from The Week, where she was writing and editing commentary. She is a graduate of American University and the Columbia Journalism School. She was a Delacorte Magazine Fellow at the Columbia Journalism Review in 2022-2023. She grew up in New Orleans.
Emily will be based in New York and report to Matt Peterson. Please join us in welcoming her to the newsroom. She starts Tuesday.
