Axios has hired veteran journalist Jeff Cane as deputy managing editor, business.
Cane will work under managing editor Ben Berkowitz to drive Axios’ business coverage and its business newsletters.

A New Jersey resident, Cane has been involved in the coverage of Wall Street and markets for nearly three decades.
He previously worked at Business Insider, Barron’s, The New York Times, Reuters, Condé Nast Portfolio and The Daily News of New York.
