Mike Christen has joined the Austin Business Journal as a reporter covering economic development.
He will focus on issues such as business recruitment, job creation and housing affordability. His beat will also include reporting on private sector interactions with City Hall.
Christen joins from The Daily Herald of Columbia, Tenn., where he was a multimedia editor covering breaking news, education, local government, business and more. Before that, he served as a multimedia journalist at the paper.
