Weisman is an adjunct professor at Roger Williams University and was interim director of marketing and communications at Naval War College Foundation. She contributed to New England Psychologist.
She was a senior digital editor and producer at GateHouse Media.
Weisman has a B.A. from Rhode Island College and a M.A. from the University of Maine.
