Veteran reporter D’Oro departs Associated Press after 20 years

Rachel D’Oro, a long-time reporter with The Associated Press, will be leaving the publication after nearly 20 years.

D’Oro joined The Associated Press in July 2001. There, she covered numerous topics, including crime and justice, politics and U.S. regional news.

D’Oro has been published in numerous other outlets, including The Washington Post, MSN, Channel 7, MSN Canada, Yahoo India, MSN U.K., The Independent, USA Today, Business Insider, Yahoo News U.K.
