Protocol’s Bulwa returns to SF Chronicle as managing editor

Demian Bulwa

Demian Bulwa, head of investigations and projects at Protocol, will be re-joining San Francisco Chronicle as its new managing editor, reports Politico.

Previously, Bulwa left his post of metro editor at the publication to join Protocol.

Before that, Bulwa was with San Francisco Examiner working as a staff writer. He also held the same post at Contra Costa Times.

Bulwa is a B.S. in mass communication/media studies from University of California.
