Ventura County Star names Childs East County reporter

Jeremy Childs

The Ventura County Star, a daily newspaper in Camarillo, Calif., has tapped Jeremy Childs to serve as East County reporter. Recently, he was a general assignment reporter.

Childs joined the daily in September 2016 as a weekend news reporter.

Childs has a B.A. from Occidental College in Los Angeles, where he worked at the student paper, The Occidental.
