Austin Fast has joined USA Today as an investigative data reporter. Recently, he was a data reporter on the investigations team at NPR.
Fast worked as a general assignment reporter at KJZZ-FM 91.5, an NPR member station in Arizona, and was an audio producer at the Tampa Bay Times. He also served as a web editor at WCPO-TV Ch. 9, an ABC-affiliate in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Fast has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a master’s degree from Arizona State University.
