This week’s top business news – April 13-17, 2015

In a week bustling with business news, Thursday stood out in what could now be declared IPO day, with both Etsy and Party City trading feverishly on their first day on the market. Not to be too outdone, Wednesday also proved to be an interesting day for business news with the early morning announcement that the European Union would formally accuse Google of antitrust violations.
