Semafor has tapped Kellen Henry to serve as head of product.
In her new role, she will direct and manage Semafor’s digital and core product development, as well as oversee both Semafor’s product and engineering departments.
Henry joined Semafor in July 2022 as PM, core products. She spearheaded the creation of everything that consumers interact with, including the development of Semafor’s desktop and mobile sites and the successful launch of eight newsletters.
Previously, she spent eight years at the New York Times, where she led the reader experience team at Wirecutter.
She also worked across news and product at The Associated Press and Bloomberg.
Henry has a B.S. in journalism from West Virginia University and a M.S. in journalism from Northwestern University.
