Schmidt swaps WDJT for Fox 9

Rose Schmidt

Rose Schmidt, a reporter at WDJT, a CBS-affiliated TV station in Milwaukee, will be joining Fox 9 in the Twin Cities. Previously, she was a political reporter/MMJ at WISC-TV, a dual CBS/MyNetworkTV-affiliated TV station in Madison, Wisconsin.

She was also an intern at CNN and has worked as an anchor/reporter at KOMU-TV, a dual NBC/CW+-affiliated TV station in Columbia. She has also written for USA Today.

Schmidt graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
