Marcos Breton is taking over as editor of The Sacramento Bee’s editorial board following the departure of Gil Duran, reports Politico.
Breton is a columnist at the Bee and has been with the title for more than 31 years. Before that, he was a general assignment reporter at the San Jose Mercury news.
He was also an intern at the Los Angeles Times.
Breton is a B.A. in journalism from San Jose State University.
