Before that, she was a news assistant. She was also a reporter and managing editor at NY City Lens. She was also a news reporter at KPFA Radio in Berkeley, CA. She has also worked freelance.
Romine earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S. from Columbia University – Graduate School of Journalism.
