The Times of London has promoted Gemma Fox to the post of assistant foreign editor. She previously served as an assistant news editor.
Before that, she held the posts of acting foreign editor and then deputy foreign editor at The Independent. She was also a Middle East reporter at The Daily Star.
Fox has also worked at Sky News.
Fox graduated from the University of Exeter.
