Jamie McCarron has joined Reach plc as a news reporter to cover culture, sports and news in Galway.
Recently, McCarron was at online media and publishing company Journal Media, where he joined as a news intern in May 2022, and then held the post of news reporter. He also served as deputy news editor and editor-in-chief at The College View, Dublin City University’s student newspaper.
McCarron has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Dublin City University.
