Shannon Osaka, a climate reporter at The Washington Post has switched beats and will now cover gymnastics.
Osaka joined the Post in August 2022 from Grist, where she was a reporter covering climate policy and solutions. She also interned at Grist.
Osaka has a MPhil from the University of Oxford, where she served as editor of the student-led term publication The Oxford Review of Books. She graduated from Princeton University.
