Jessica Winter, executive editor of newyorker.com at The New Yorker will be moving into a contributing editor role, where she will divide her time between writing and editing.
Previously, she has worked as a business and technology editor and then as a features editor at Slate. She was also a culture editor at Time. Inc.
Winter is a Yale University graduate.
