National Journal promotes Covey to House Campaign correspondent

Erin Covey

Erin Covey is now a House Campaign correspondent at the National Journal Hotline covering the 2022 races and redistricting. She previously served as a national politics correspondent.

Covey joined the Journal in 2020 as an editorial fellow and has also served as its digital editor. She has also interned at and was a news assistant at NPR. She has also interned at C-SPAN in Washington and was a reporter and news editor at Liberty Champion, the student paper of Liberty University.

Covey earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Liberty University.
