KCTV-TV Ch. 5, a CBS affiliate in Kansas City, Mo., has appointed Josh Morgan to the post of news director.
Since May 2021, Morgan has been working at Atlanta News First. He joined as director of digital media and then served as managing editor.
He worked for eight years at WREX-TV Ch. 13, an NBC station in Rockford, Ill., serving as station manager, news director and VP and general manager.
Morgan has a B.A. from Alma College and a M.A. from Spring Arbor University, both located in Michigan.
