Jesus Jiménez, a staff writer at The Dallas Morning News, is joining The New York Times Express desk. His new role begins Mar. 15.
Jimenez previously worked freelance writing features, articles and op-eds for publications including Bleacher Report, Thrillist, Longreads, The Dallas Morning News, the Dallas Observer, D Magazine, Al Dia and more.
He also worked at SUCCESS Magazine for more than 3 years, joining as a social media coordinator and then serving as an associate editor, before holding the post of managing editor. He was also a social media intern at the Dallas Chamber Symphony and Hypeworthy.
He was also a videographer at FC Dallas.
Jimenez is a B.A. in emerging media and communications from the University of Texas at Dallas.
