The International Newspaper Group’s annual Leadership Networking Summit is going digital this fall as part of America’s Newspapers’ annual meeting, Pivot 2020.
Pivot 2020 is a virtual three-day conference to take place Oct. 6-8, where ING will be hosting an Operations’ Expert Panel on Oct. 8 from noon to 1:30 p.m. EDT with Mike Blinder, publisher of Editor and Publisher, as moderator.
Additionally, E&P will be hosting a virtual Operations Allstars Award segment on Oct. 7 recognizing those who have achieved excellence within the operations/production sector of the news publishing industry.
Blinder says:
“E&P began partnering with ING earlier this year in expanding our content centering on best practices, networking, and idea exchange driven from operational excellence. For over 140 years, E&P has been the primary source for information for this essential and important part of the news publishing business. Now more than ever we believe it is important for us to be the voice for those who focus on operations.”
Dean Ridings, CEO of America’s Newspapers and host of Pivot 2020, adds:
“We’re glad to able to participate in showcasing the operations executives who are contributing new and innovative thinking for our industry.”
