Lizzy Briskin has joined Hearst Magazines as food editor for the Food Network Magazine.
Briskin also works as a freelance writer, chef, recipe developer and photographer. Her work has appeared in Real Simple, Runner’s World, Simply Recipes and Popular Mechanics.
She was a food editor at Real Simple where she pitched, developed, wrote and edited seasonal recipes for the print magazine.
Briskin graduated from Amherst College.
