Euan McGrory has launched Edinburgh Inquirer, a digtial newsletter covering business, politics, the environment, city life, culture and food. He also serves as its director. He said:
“We need serious, well-researched journalism and local reportage now more than ever before. There are too many important national and local issues which are under-reported and we feel the time is right to refocus on things which matter in our brilliant city.”
McGrory has worked as editor of The Edinburgh Evening News, where he also held the posts of deputy editor, assistant editor, news editor and assistant news editor. He also worked at The Scotsman and Scotland on Sunday.
An award-winning editor and editor-in-chief, McGrory has a B.A. from the University of Leeds.
