Dunford named editor of Crawley Observer

Mark Dunford

JPIMedia has named Mark Dunford editor of the Crawley Observer.

Dunford has been with JPIMedia for 6 years, joining as Sussex sports editor and then serving as head of community sport. Prior to that, he was with Sussex Newspapers for more than 17 years, having joined as deputy editor and then served as head of news.

He was also head of news at Johnston Press and was deputy sports editor at TR Beckett.

Dunford did a NCTJ course in newspaper journalism from Highbury College.
