Joe Bowen will be joining Duluth News as K-12 education reporter. Bowen is an award-winning reporter who has been working at the Grand Forks Herald.
Previously, he was at the Bemidji Pioneer in Northwestern Minnesota. He has also worked at the Sun Newspapers in suburban Minneapolis, and the Perham Focus in Northwestern Minnesota.
Bowen graduated from the College of Saint Benedict & Saint John’s University.
