Christopher Phin, head of podcasts at DC Thomson, is set to leave his post on Aug. 12. His LinkedIn post reads:
As part of its ongoing transformation, the company wants to refocus how its podcasts are ideated and delivered, and has decided to make the role of Head of Podcasts redundant. I am, I may say, incredibly sad to be leaving my phenomenal teams behind. I don’t know what’s next for me. I have a little time, but I want to keep moving.”
Phin also freelances and previously held editorial roles at Future plc and Dennis Publishing Ltd.
Phin graduated from the University of Dundee in Scotland.
