The Scottish Daily Record has promoted Chris McCall to the post of deputy political editor. Previously, he was a political correspondent at the company.
McCall joined the Daily Record from The Scotsman where he spent more than 4 years, joining as a multimedia reporter, and then serving as a politics and data correspondent.
McCall has also worked as a freelance multimedia journalist for the Scottish Daily Record and Sunday Mail Ltd. He was also a reporter at The Falkirk Herald.
McCall holds a Bachelor’s degree in politics from the University of Edinburgh.
