City & State hires Donaldson to cover city politics and education

Sahalie Donaldson

Sahalie Donaldson has joined City & State New York as a city politics and education reporter. Recently, she interned at The Chronicle of Higher Education.

Previously, Donaldson was an intern at City & State and covered stories in the South Bronx about education and politics for The Mott Haven Herald. She also interned at the Deseret News and the Salt Lake Tribune.

Donaldson has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a M.A. from Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
