Rebecca Sinderbrand, senior Washington editor at NBC News will join Georgetown University as professor of the practice and director of the journalism program.
Sinderbrand was a visiting lecturer at Yale University and served as deputy national political editor at The Washington Post. She was also deputy White House editor at Politico and a political producer at CNN.
She formerly worked at Newsweek and The Associated Press.
Sinderbrand has a B.A. from Georgetown University and a M.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.
