Richard Madan will join CBC News in Washington.
Recently, Madan held the post of Washington, D.C. correspondent at CTV News. In this role, he covered politics, elections, international trade, finance, and American news. He had been with CTV for more than a decade, joining as a parliamentary correspondent in 2010.
Before that, he was a political specialist at CityTV Toronto and also worked as a legislature reporter at CBC.
An award-winning journalist, Madan graduated from Carleton University in Canada.
