BBC has tapped Dolly Carter to serve as an investigations researcher. Recently, she worked as a crime correspondent at Newsquest, where she joined in May 2022 as a reporter.
Carter has also worked at The Times, The Sunday Times and Archant, and freelanced for The i paper and Metro.
Carter graduated from the University of East Anglia in England, where she was editor-in-chief of the student newspaper, Concrete. She is also an NCTJ-certified journalist.
