California TV station promotes Perelman to VP of news

Marina Perelman

Marina Perelman, an assistant news director at KNBC-TV Ch. 4, NBC’s flagship in Los Angeles, has neen named VP of news. She joined in April 2013 as an executive producer and then held the post of managing editor.

Before that, Perelman worked as a senior producer and executive producer at KNTV-TV Ch. 11, NBC’s Bay Area outlet. She worked as a senior producer at KNXV-TV Ch. 15, an ABC affiliate in Phoenix, and was a producer at ABC station KESQ-TV Ch. 42 in Palm Springs,.

Perelman has a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
