Robinson Meyer, a staff writer covering energy, the coronavirus, and occasionally technology at The Atlantic has left. Meyer’s tweet reads:
“After nine and a half wonderful years, I’m leaving to work on a new project that I’m thrilled about and that I’ll be able to say more about soon.”
He joined The Atlantic in 2013 as an associate editor. He was co-founder and advisory board member of The COVID Tracking Project, a volunteer-driven initiative housed at The Atlantic.
He was a visiting fellow in journalism at the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago.
