AP appoints Januszewski VP of global biz development

The Associated Press has named Tom Januszewski vice president of global business development, a critical new revenue leadership role.

Januszewski will be heading the news agency’s business development initiatives globally and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building out content and service lines, introducing new revenue channels and leading a team focused on new markets.

Januszewski has been with The Associated Press for more than 21 years. He has held several roles, including licensing manager – digital markets for AP Digital, global business development manager, director for business development and vice president of partnerships.

He was also with ALM for more than 4 years, joining as an associate publisher, The Connecticut Law Tribune, and then serving as publisher, The Connecticut Law Tribune.

Januszewski is a B.A. in English from Fairfield University and holds a law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
