Anna Dubenko, deputy audience director at The New York Times, has been promoted to director of audience overseeing newsroom audience as a department head.
Prior to joining The Times, she was at Digg, where she worked as an associate editor, managing editor and then as an editorial director. Before that, she was a blog editor at The Huffington Post.
