McClain Baxley has joined 247Sports as Oklahoma State beat writer. Previously, he worked at the Gannett-owned Athens Banner-Herald in Georgia as a UGA and Athens-area recruiting reporter.
Baxley interned at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and was a Georgia Southern freelance sports reporter at Savannah Morning News.
Baxley graduated from Georgia Southern University.
