Gian Volipicelli has been hired by Politico Europe to cover technology.
He has been a senior writer covering tech and society at Wired.
Volpicelli joined Wired as a contributing editor in 2017 and then served as a senior editor. He worked freelance for Vice. He was a U.S. correspondent, columnist, book reviewer, London correspondent and editor at The Post Internazionale in Roma, Lazio.
He interned at The Center for Investigative Journalism.
Volpicelli has master’s degrees from Luiss Guido Carli University and City, University of London.
