Barron’s editor in chief David Cho sent out the following to the staff:
All,
We’re excited to announce Emily Dattilo is joining Barron’s from The Financial Times. She’ll work with Joe Woelfel and our amazing Rapid Response team.
Emily comes from Financial Advisor IQ – a specialist publication at the FT – where she covered the registered investment advisor/custodians beat and wrote about mergers & acquisitions, succession plans, ESG, technology and the psychology of finance.
Before FA-IQ, she graduated from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, where she focused on business and features reporting. Prior to that, she attended Miami University, earning degrees in journalism and psychology.
In her free time, Emily enjoys reading narrative nonfiction, going to Broadway shows, working on art projects and taking trips to Trader Joe’s that inevitably lead to the purchase of fun seasonal items.
Please join us in welcoming Emily to the fold. She starts Oct. 26.
