WSJ seeks tech reporter in Beijing
The Wall Street Journal seeks an experienced reporter to cover the fast-changing world of technology in China. The reporter will join the Journal’s global technology team and cover a range of companies and issues.
China is home to some innovative, deep-pocketed tech titans, nimble startups, ambitious venture capitalists and a government that wants a world-beating edge. We’re seeking a strong writer and analytical thinker with an eye for trends and a curiosity about innovation and how it plays out in the commercial sphere.
Successful candidates should have a proven track record of breaking news as well as the ability to deliver broad trend stories and investigative work. The position is based in Beijing and reports to the China bureau chief.
