Good news: our feminist cross-border newsroom is once again accepting pitches from across the world! Our mission is to create a space for journalists who face structural barriers because of who they are or what they report on. Sounds like you? Pitch to Unbias the News!

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Unbias the News aims to create a space for journalists who experience structural barriers in the field. It is a feminist cross-border newsroom, working towards a more equitable and inclusive world of journalism.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN SUBMISSION

  • Write a short introduction about yourself
  • Include a paragraph highlighting your writing experience, relevant credentials and publication credits
  • Attach links to your strongest work or portfolio, and online profile.

COMPENSATION

  • We accept two different kinds of pitches: personal narratives or opinion (paid €250), and longer, reported pieces (€500/ person).
