The Hill wishes to hire a seasoned reporter to anchor its award-winning coverage of business and lobbying in print and online.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of reporting experience in Washington and a proven ability to produce enterprise pieces on a tight print deadline. The job requires the ability and curiosity to roam broadly across the policy landscape and a knack for spotting stories before the competition.
It requires writing that is both precise and forceful by a journalist who can capture the drama of legislative and regulatory fights into which opposing interests are pouring millions of dollars.
Please send cover letter with salary requirements and resume to bcusack@thehill.com. Please put Business and Lobbying in the subject line.
